Great place great workers I was helped immediately
This Shoe Palace location refused to honor their own store policy. It is posted IN STORE that they will accept exchanges, without receipt, for store credit at current value. I went in to exchange a pair of shoes that were gifted to me a week ago and they refused to honor their policy, forcing me to pay cash for my new pair. So now I have the pair I want and another pair I don’t.nnEDIT: Regional Manager called and his customer service is “out of this world” great. He listened to me first, which is very rare. He let me get it off my chest and then immediately took care of the issue. I will return to Shoe Palace in the future because of the efforts of the regional manager and you should feel confident shopping with Shoe Palace too!!!
2.27.19n8pmnTwo of the young women working here were more interested in talking to each other than helping us. The third young woman was attentive and helpful.
They always have the shoes I need when the other big name stores are out. Unfortunately their website is horrible.
