First of all Miss Lauren is great ! I went in to buy some Dr. Martens and she helped me out with great energy! She even explained to me the cleaning process and I ended up buying the entire shoe care kit. She really knows how to connect with people. I was so impressed I ended up leaving a review on my tik tok account “@al3xander_grey_ “ under LAUREN in the “thumbnail” . I usually review products and collab with brands but I wanted to show my audience how great miss Lauren was. Thank you for making her part of your team
Came in on Black Friday in between shifts and I was expecting to spend my entire lunch break waiting to look at shoes... I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Greeted by MULTIPLE staff at the door, my needs were addressed immediately, and I was always being checked up on. FYI they also do military discount ❤ufe0f
