After receiving horrible service from a diff JD store my daughter and I checked out this location to find the pair she wanted. A very polite dude helped us find the pairs .. but when he left another employee mentioned a different limited pair that was freshly restocked and I jumped quick to buy them. Those were the colors my 12yr old always wanted and had no luck a few weeks back on raffle or snkrs app. That store made my daughters day which was priceless.

It was ok. Found shoes we liked and purchased them. Help was easy to find. The only thing that it was super packed inside and people were not keeping 6ft distance away from me.

Good selection of shoes but nobody to help. There was one worker on the floor and 3 doing nothing behind the register. Worker was trying to guess my son's size and wouldn't just measure his feet ...or make an educated guess. We went from size 4 to 1.5. Turns out my kiddo is a 2.5. Also, worker kept bringing out one shoe. If I'm going to spend real money on shoes for my kid, they need to fit. This place was a headache.

Super friendly customer service. The sales associate Andre was very helpful in finding the right pair of shoes for our boy. Thanks, Andre. 10/10 would recommend.

Was about to try on a shoe when one of your employees took it from me and said “we like to keep these on the wall.” And when I asked to try on what he had in the back, he said it would be too big for me. I walked out and didn’t by anything. Not what I would call good sales or customer service.
