Such a clean store and great selection. You may be spending a little more, but the quality of the clothing is always fantastic.
Bought a great jacket from here. Unfortunately the armpit ripped open after only a few uses. I had to travel overseas for work for a few months and couldn't take it to them until well after the return period. Luckily they were understanding and agreed to repair it free of charge, hence the 5 stars. If I was rating J. Crew specifically on the quality of clothing I would drop a star or two, but the staff here saved it.
The past few times I came to this store dressed in my usual work attire, I was treated very well. However, this recent visit, a co-worker and I went in wearing more casual attire and were absolutely shocked by the way we were spoken to and treated. The way the employees spoke to us clearly showed that they didn't believe that we could afford the clothing here and made us feel as if we were a nuisance. One employee was even hovering over us as we shopped around as if we were going to steal something! I understand that it is easy to stereotype a 19 year old in basketball shorts and assume he won't buy anything, but it really isn't the employees job to do so. Still shocked at how we were treated as if we couldn't afford the clothing, when I'm sure we earn at least four times the employees salary. Definitely will not be returning.
