I am here to pick up an order after work, the store is on my way home. I finished work at 1030, and made it here by 1055. It is now 11:10, The store has yet to be opened or even show signs of life inside. No lights, no employees. How is this okay? Can we make sure the store is open during posted business hours? I almost want to cancel my entire order.
They have a great customer service. We bought a pair of shoes for my husband that were on sale. We ended up going back to the store before leaving the mall because I realized the price charged wasn't right. So the same cashier that made the mistake did a refund apologizing for her mistake. Everything went smoothly, even with that small mistake.
Had a great experience getting a skateboard today. Staff was helpful, personable and fun to talk to.
Good selection even right after Christmas. Sales people weren't pushy and didnt mind making multiple trips to the back and there was four of us. Chasity (or Charity) you rocked today even though the store was hopping!
Good selection of skateboards. But need more choices in youth clothing. They only have t's, sweatshirts and no pants or shorts.
