Birkenstock General Store and Leather Goods

Super helpful, wide variety for all widths even very wide feet. I walked out with an extra pair because the clerk realized there was a pair in clearance just like the ones I picked but a diff color. So refreshing to go into a place where the staff has real knowledge of their products AND inventory. Kudos to the manager for hiring such awesome help.

The worst customer service owner and employees. If I could give a minus 1 star rating I will.

I went in to order some Olukai Sandlals and the lady upfront was very short (Not in height but in patients)... I told her I wanted some leather sandals and she informed me that the sandals they had there were leather! (They were synthetic and rubber) I told her that I didn’t think that they were leather, and that I wanted to order some leather ones. She then informed me that Olukai wasn’t taking any orders due to Corona! I’m so sick and tired of the Corona virus being an excuse for poor service! I immediately went to Neiman Marcus, and they ordered the sandals I wanted.

Very nice store! Super clean and inviting. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bought the Birkenstock Men's Memphis closed toe leather shoe. One of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn and excellent quality with top grain leather. Would definitely recommend this location.
