I’ve been taking my dog Bootsie for over 4 years. I’ve always thought they do a fantastic job. Mind you, I do have a mini schnauzer and her haircut is pretty tough to do. I would give them 5 stars any day. I can’t wait to bring my new Golden Doddle to them!

The owners sold their company. We have been here for years. It is not the same any longer. The new owner said they tried to cut my dog’s hair and they couldn’t. They couldn’t trim his nails either. I called back the following month for a nail trim and the owner said to go ahead and come. I went there and she let the groomer go home. We will not be back. We found a wonderful groomer who cares.

I’ve been taking my Havanese here for 2 years. The owners are wonderful, and my dog always looks great after grooming. The owners pay attention to details and seem genuinely concerned with doing good work. I’ve been nothing but impressed and do not hesitate dropping my puppy off for grooming. Thank you!!!!

Heard about this location from a friend of a friend. My dog is a rescue and with everything going on with covid this place was one of few open and available. Booked my appt for her first cut here. Upon dropping her off I get a call that the style I requested couldn’t be done due to her mat, understandable. Mind you my dog is a 10lb poodle mix puppy, I pick her up and the employee tells me she was very difficult and charged 97 dollars! To top it off my dogs eye seemed irritated and wouldn’t open for two days. I’m upset that I would be charged so much for them to harm my dog and foot me a bill after getting the initial call about her style and not even then being told then she was difficult to cut. I’d rather them not gone further if she couldn’t be handle by their staff but instead took my money and hurt my dog. Wouldn’t ever come back to this location if you paid me.
