Phenomenal Physical Therapy! I stayed there with my mother during her rehabilitation so I'm not sure if our experience would have been different if I had not been there. We found the nurses to be accommodating to any concerns we had. It was a positive atmosphere. They were thorough in all aspects of my mother's health beyond her physical therapy.

My dad was in this facility for 2 weeks. He got the care he needed. Dad's estimated stay was 3 weeks. The staff fed him well and adjusted his diet for heath reasons. He is very happy with the physical therapy he received during his stay. Dad also says the staff was concerned with his comfort level. While visiting I noticed the facility was clean. The staff was also concerned for his well being after checking out. Thank you.

If I could give it a 0 I would. The hospital portion of this rehab center is a disgrace. All the negative things you read are absoutely true. I did feel so sorry for the very elderly here with no family or anyone to watch after them. Most of the help were rude, lacked knowledge and were very uncompassionate. Language was also a barrier. I cried everyday to leave this horrible place. The level of care was pathetic. The only thing I have positive to say at this facility was the physical therapy.

my ins company referred me here as a preferred place to go, I agree with previous person Dr Onghi is fabulous, he was the one to find that at some point after getting there I had a stroke, after having major back surgery. My call lights went unanswered. Made to wait for my pain meds 1 1-2 hours, the one night nurse teresa was awesome, aside from her I don't know how I would have made it to my discharge date,as far as recovery I am behind the ball. I know the therapy helps, but without your pain meds it does not set you up to succeed. I had to be put back on my anti anxiety medication. they refused to let me use my pain specialist of 2 yrs and said they were qualified to manage me. Obviously not, to my face oh yes, ma'am we can add that and no orders were wrote. Since I was on their schedule of meds they almost had me in withdrawals. I was in so much pain crying hyperventilating and my poor husband was there and could do nothing but try and calm me down. I pray for those elderly folks that can't speak I pray their family read these stories they are true, there are a couple of CNA'S who shld actually be nurses they are more compassionate. night nurse Caroline I asked for a supervisor she was so rough, and rude I could not believe they would her alone to help people since she doesn't care about any of us.

Dr Morales was great. the physical therapist do a great job; however the RNs in charge of their care do a horrible job. They don't seem to read Doctors orders, they don't follow through on scans being requested and are unaware of the real condition of patient. My dad is 89 yrs old, had a bad fall on his tail bone, already had pre existing condition and it took me to ask whether records had been requested and when the MRI doctor ordered was going to get done. They knew nothing about it and in the mean time dad is on narco and doing rehab. Doctor wanted to rule out hair line fracture. this should have been done as soon as orders were given. It was finally done when i called it to their attention and dad had to be transferred to Methodist for MRI...next day he's in excruciating pain, due to the movement from gurney to MRI machine, back to gurney, then to bed. It doesn't take brains to know that he would be in a lot more pain after this transfer and procedure, BUT THEY DID NOT EVEN KNOW IT HAD BEEN DONE. TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH RNS AND THEY JUST DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH AND READ CHARTS AS THEY SHOULD. I WOULD'T ADVISE ANYONE TO TAKE THEIR AGING PARENT THERE. THEY ARE NEGLECTED. I TEND TO TAKE THIS FURTHER. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
