Pediatric Ears, Nose & Throat

Super fast visit and just what we needed. The entire staff was friendly. I had an additional two siblings with me and worried they would make me leave thankfully not. But now I know for future reference. The doctor was very specific in explaining my son’s condition to me and provided clear next steps! I recommend!

Great staff, and Dr Moe listened to my little one's ear problems. Suggested tubes and needless to say it worked! No more high fevers...good bye yucky pink liquid and HELLO to clear, crisp sounds of nature!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We just scheduled an appointment and they said that only one parent could come to the appointment. I think that it is immoral to not allow a parent to be with their child at a doctors office or hospital visit. I understand everyone is concerned about COVID, but segregating a child from their parent is not the answer. Perhaps, they should learn how to use technology and have parents/patients check in via app/web from the car and only come into the building when it is their turn. There is absolutely no way that their office is more populated then going to HEB or Lowes. We are only keeping this appointment because we have put it off log enough.

Location, office and staff are 5 star! Dr. Baker was amazing. She was amazing with my daughter. She made all of us feel at ease and answered all our questions! We left happy, at ease and well informed! Thank you, Dr. Baker and staff for a happy visit!

This office is usually pretty busy and so the wait time is a while. However the staff is always polite and they have a kid friendly waiting area of course which helps to keep my kiddo entertained. Dr. Moe is very nice and informative; he performed ear tube/adenoid removal surgery on my 4 year old and while the process for my son to wake up from the anesthesia was not pleasant - we are grateful for a successful surgery! I'm so happy that I found this office.
