There may be good nurses, but there are very bad rude nurses. My sister-in-law went to visit her husband, which is my brother-in-law in that facility. My sister-in-law prayed and but some christian music, my brother-in-law was calm and relaxed listening to the music, the nurse in a very firm, rude voice told my sister-in-law to turn the music off now. This nurse should not be working in this facility. The only people that have good care are people that are relative to doctors, nurse and any employees in this facility. If this facility gets a very good reviews it's a family members that is employed there. I should know, I worked with nurses and CNA's family comes first, not non-families members. The reviews from this facility are very bad. I guess people have no choice, God help the ill patients. In Jesus's name. Amen No star is given as this facility is hell, the devils home, they have the nurse from hell there. The only way to post a review is to click on a star, no star.

I just wanted to thank all the caring nurses and wish you all a very happy holidays! We were worried our son wouldn't get off the ventilator by Christmas. Not only is he already off the ventilator but we hope to have home for Christmas! Thanks again for the outstanding care of our boy!!

i would give this facility 2 stars because of the poor communication from the physicians who took care of my husband...i believe this is one of the biggest factors toward his declining health............... they claim to have a system in place where they meet weekly to discuss the quality of care and were suppose to update me, but unless i inquired daily what care my husband was given, i didn't know what was going on.,ni also didn't like the fact that you start with one physician and if he gets busy, another physician will take over and i just felt the quality of care went downhill from there.ni didn't like the fact that they never updated me on the different medications they were giving my husband and this was a big problem as he started having life and death side effects! i took it upon myself to do hours of research about the different medications as i knew they didn't have time to look up side effects to head off any problems, but as most of you know some physicians seldom listen to what you have to say as they think they are little gods and know what's best; half the time they don't even know how dangerous these medications are or didn't care, but you would think they would at least listen when I've done the research for them!ni sent daily emails trying to head off problems but it fell of death ears!ni would give them pertinent information of the side effects my husband was having because of the prescriptions they ordered but they never took it seriously.nnno matter how many times i told them to inform me what medications they were giving my husband ( i even had them put a notation in his file so the different physicians tending to him would know...i doubt they even looked at this file) they would order medications and his health would start suffering!nmy husband was at this facility for 4 months, and i believe the first 3 months were great and then his health took a turn for the worse in the 4th month because his regular physician was working at other hospitals and i told them about my concerns that i didn't have trust in the other physicians and i believed that's when my husband's health started declining.ni also believe if i had been able to be there with him every day, it might have also made a dramatic difference, but with this covid mess, sometimes i couldn't see my husband for months at a time. calling 3 times daily to check on him just wasn't the same.nunfortunately, my husband passed and to put my mind at ease, i had an autopsy as well as a toxicology test performed and although i am relieved that there was no negligence found, i still believe that my husband might very well have lived had his regular physician continued with his care instead of the different physicians that filled in for him...it just wasn't the same.nIt wasn't the same because some of these physicians just didn't have the same amount of 'empathy' that his regular physician had - it seems like they were just there to get paid, no compassion, no hope and at times they were just 'cold'...as if they were just going through the motions.nnthey do have some wonderful nurses who will go out their way for your loved one, but then, they have some lazy, unsympathetic nurses just going through the motions as well. i prayed daily that the good Lord surround my husband with caring nurses.nnmy advice to you considering this facility - be your loved ones advocate. call daily, find out what medications are ordered and make sure they tell you why they were ordered as some of these medications caused serious health issues with my husband.nI'm sure this facility could afford a condolence card with all the money they made while my husband was there for 4 months - i didn't get a card, a phone call which really made me feel it was all about the money!nnI take comfort now that he is with Jesus and the main reason i am writing this review is to help others make a decision if this facility is right for your loved one. May God bless you! Stay informed and advocate for your loved one!

Smaller hospital clinic, Cafeteria food a touch too pricey for the portion sizes.
