Legent Orthopedic + Spine Hospital

I had a wonderful experience during and after surgery. I have an issue with billing. I had to put a hefty payment down before they would do the surgery. I did this in May 2020. I set up a payment plan and made another payment in June 2020. My insurance finally paid the bill the end of August. I have been waiting since then for my refund check. I was just told today to wait until January 15th and if I haven't received it then, to call back AGAIN. There is nobody that I can escalate a call too. I was told mid November that they were going to rush it through which never happened. This would have been a 5 star post if billing would have been doing their job!!

Was an inpatient at this facility on March 3rd for a laminectomy decompression surgery. I recommend this facility very highly. The staff are very professional and the building itself is held at a very high standard. It's very clean and employees wear their masks just like patients do. Kuddos to CNA Cynthia for taking care of me. She was caring, compassionate and always gave her all during my stay there. It would have been a five star review but because of covid-19 restrictions no one is allowed to acommpany the patient after their surgery and you won't see them until you are discharged.

I am scheduled for Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion surgery at the end of January. Judging by the reviews of past patients, I am hoping that I have a positive experience. I am giving this 3 stars, because it's a neutral rating. And I have not had my surgery yet.

Everyone was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place for care.

My son is scheduled for a C-5 repair sometime in Feb 2021, I am hoping for a good experience for him since no one is allowed inside the hospital due to COVID and because of previous reviews. Hoping the staff has compassion for the love one who will have questions due to not being able to come inside the hospital.
