Outback Steakhouse

This place is normally one of the better places to come on this side of town. Our servers are normally the best and the food is always on point. The only reason for Four instead of 5 is our experience tonight we came in we were sat right away which for a Friday night is rare. We got sat and they told us a girl name Sarah would be our server we ended up waiting over ten minutes and and she still hadn’t come to our table to get our drink order. The hostess sat 3 other tables in the time it took for us to decide to just leave . All three tables had their drinks before we left.... if they where busy I’d totally under stand but when you have customers sitting at a table for ten minutes with no drinks, 4 servers gather at the front talking and two in the back talking and joking around while 3 other servers are actually up and taking care of their tables , you need to have a discussion with your servers on priorities. Being able to socialize at work is amazing . It’s good your staff have such good report but it shouldn’t come at a cost to your customers.

The quality of steak is so subpar that I rather have a steak from The Waffle House

This Outback is one of the better ones. Not too loud not too quiet. Food is great.

I called for call ahead seating. We arrived at our time and was told we would be placed on a waiting list... I was confused but since I was craving Wallaby Darns we stayed. My Ribeye was perfectly cooked for a change (medium). My drink was delicious but I ordered top shelf and next time I will just order 2. For the price I didn't get a Adult drink. Our loaded fries were delicious (spread the cheese and toppings out please). Salads were delicious and perfect! We will return because it is my favorite restaurant. Just wish they would have specials, actual specials on drinks again.
