Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I frequent this location with family. The restaurant gives a feel of a high traffic place. Food quality is up to par with other locations. The wait for food has been long on multiple occasions. Waited an hour last night for the entrees. Service was decent. Wouldn't come here if you're on a time crunch.

Our family went out to eat for my daughter’s birthday (8). I called around 2 PM to inquire about a reservation, when I was trying to make reservations I was told no need that they will have available spaces for seven people around six, once we arrived we were told there’s a 45 minute wait! We waited a proximally 10 minutes and then we’re seated to our table, our waitress Hollie F was overwhelmed was rushing everything. Our plates were dirty, she also didn’t bring us enough utensil, we had soup before we had utensil. It was my daughter’s birthday dinner, I was very disappointed that I announced a birthday dinner that our waitress didn’t have a treat for her.. when I asked for a dessert as a birthday special the waitress looked at me like I was asking for something forbidden... After the third time asking she finally brought back a scoop of ice cream.. just placed it there... After she was asked to sing happy birthday she then looked like she had no idea what to do! Finally she came back with three different coworkers singing happy birthday! I felt bad since this was supposed to be a special event for my little princess. One of the guests made it special said happy birthday and have her a few dollars ud83eudd70 One of the managers was very kind and checked on us. I’m disappointed about the waitress service and wouldn’t recommend dining at that location.

The food was great as always, the curbside attendant was courteous and it was a nice experience. We miss going to the restaurant and having the entire experience, but now that they've opened back up it's always so packed and there's always more waiting outside for a table. Breadsticks were a little crunchy on the ends but they're still getting the full 5.

There was a strange smell we noticed right away, like a soured dish cloth had been used. I didn't eat the last of the salad because the dressing was very strong at the bottom so I put the salad in my plate back in the big salad bowl and asked for another salad. When it was brought to me the waitperson just took the old salad and threw it on top of the new salad. It was so strong with the dressing I couldn't eat it. My soup got cold because it was brought out with my salad instead of with my husband dinner.nMy husband said his Chicken Parmesan was not as good as it used to be.nWe use to love going there but won't go again.
