Eddie V's Prime Seafood

We had another amazing experience at Eddie V’s last night. Our waiter was Seth and he was top notch! He made our evening absolutely incredible. You do have to sit in the bar area to get Seth but it’s still lovely. We went through all of the courses and everything was delicious. Again, Seth couldn’t have been any more awesome! His suggestions were right on. It’s obviously a bit on the pricey side but Eddie V’s is worth every penny.

Most definitely have to give this place 5+ stars!!nWe were visiting in town for a tattoo expo and we were greeted with the highest level of professionalism, service, and hospitality as soon as we walked in.nNot to mention the outstanding food recommendations from our server and fellow servers.nGabby, you are GREAT at what you do! Man I don’t like giving ratings this low. The waitress was exceptional however the salad I had tasted was pretty strong. The cocktails I had were too strong for my liking. I loved the tender steak and lobster tail. Great service just wasn’t the best food. Everyone’s taste is different but again this was my opinion. Great appearance.

The hope diamond was such a pretty drink (almost too pretty to drink)! But I drank the whole thing and it was delicious! It paired well with my dish which I liked. For dessert, they gave us a complimentary dish with cake (with flambé icing on top), ice cream, and 2 cookies. Even though we were pretty stuffed at this point, we always make room for dessert so we finished the whole thing.

We went here October 10, 2020 to celebrate our marriage. We had already delayed our wedding 7 months so decided to do it just the two of us. We felt the love that evening! We got the best seat in the house.nOf course the food was delicious and everything was timed perfectly.nGaby was an amazing server – she didn’t rush us but was there whenever we needed anything. We truly enjoyed chatting with her.nnI don't want to give away any of the surprises but I would definitely recommend choosing Eddie V's for any special occasion or even just a casual dinner. We will be going back for our 1 year anniversary dinner!!
