El Mirasol is a great place to take the family even during peak dinner time. Kids can run and play around the fountain while you have a drink and wait. The food is so good it is well worth the wait and service is always top notch.nn×update 8/2020: they no longer serve drinks until you are seated at your table.

Dang it. I really want to like this place. My fiance loves it, so he wanted to take me there. We sat down after waiting for an hour on the waitlist (this isn't an issue - they told us it'd be 60-80 minutes and we agreed and we excited!!). What wasn't ok was that we had to flag someone else down for them to find our server. Once our server came and we ordered drinks and water, it took a long time to get just water (drinks take longer - that's fine... but please give us water?!). When it was time to check out, we had to find him again to just pay our check. Mind you, we'd waited about 20 minutes before we got up... just to see how long it'd take him to come back to us. Finally, it was late so we went searching for him in the restaurant. My fiance tells me this was just a fluke and the service is generally way better than this, but dang, that was a frustrating experience.

Best Chispas! Had a sampling of enchiladas. Very tasty and presentation was pleasing. Loved the individual salsa for each person. Overall, very nice way for you and your girlfriends to get together and catch up.

You guys must have the best cooks and bartenders in town! Food and chispa's are delicious!!! Great servers too! I love the new restaurant!! Really spacious and big!
