Ft Worth location wants thier bartender back

If you guys want to go as a family here and have a lot of family I DO NOT recommend going there. Their limit for a party is only 10 people. We had 11 people due to our baby. I asked them if they could work with us and having our daughter in a high chair. They denied us. They first told us the wait was and hour to 2. After being denied bc we couldn’t have the extra 1 person (our baby) they then told us that now our wait will be 2-2 1/2 hour wait. I just felt that they weren’t being reasonable & not to mention Texas has opened up 100% I do understand that they are following “CDC regulations” but seriously it was one person they could of worked with us. So definitely POOR service even talking to the manager. She was not rude but as working in an Italian restaurant before we always try our best to have our customers satisfaction... but oh well they lost out on a lot of money. Anyways. If you have a big family I highly don’t suggest going they will deny you.

Amazing food, service was a bit lacking but I understand why; it just so popular and busy. It did seem the waitress was rushing us out and again I can't understand why there was about an hour wait to get in. Still if you don't let those little things bother you because you understand how busy and good the food is you'll have a great time! Will be a little frustrating if you want 100% attentiveness. Gotta try their holy mac, first time I would recommend just original. I got mine tossed in spicy lemon pepper per a friends suggestion not bad but definitely not for everyone. No picture of the wings sorry.

Food is good not worth the price

Today’s visit I was welcomed by the great staff and good customer service. Ordered the 15 piece wing with fries. Fries were not in whole form but brought to me in small pieces. Usually they are bigger and crisp. Today they just weren’t that and a little cold. Wings were on point tho, very good. Just today they fell short with my side.
