Freetail Brewing Co.

All of the staff were amazing. From entering to leaving the staff just killed it. Really like how they let us have samples before selecting our beer. Some places I've been haven't done this. The food was good as well. I'd definitely come back again.

So I have been a fan of Freetail, and would just get their beer at the store, but I was really happy trying the flights of beer from their entire selection. Their staff were welcoming which is always a plus, they had a good sized patio, and the food was really tasty. They even got my boyfriend to like pickle beer since he isn't a fan... but he is for Freetail!

Freetail's original taphouse location up on 1604 is worth the drive if you're inside the loop, I assure you. Their pizzas, sandwiches, and salads are made with care and presented to delight. They have beers they make on-site on tap, as well as the beers from their downtown tap room, and often other guest offerings. Quality is always high, with service cheerful, personable, and friendly.

I really enjoyed this place! Good service, food and beer selection. Get a beer flight so you can try a few options.

The draft beers are all local with good choices (porters and stouts on particular). Food is good. Patio is nice with pets allowed. It was good experience. We'll be back.
