I went Friday, March 26 to close my account the lady said I was overdrawn I needed to make a deposit so I did she says you’re good it should be close by Monday morning Monday came around I was charged interest fee because my account was at zero and it wasn’t closed I had to go back in person and close it and actually signed a paper that my account was closed because the other lady did not even do that at the time I was there

This IBC location is the best in San Antonio. The manager Nancy is exceptional! The teller that helped me was very knowledgeable. Very friendly staff! They greeted me as soon as I walked into the bank! Made me feel right at home

If you have a problem, do not call them they will send you to customer service and customer service does not help, also they always answer like they hate their jobs. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE, Go to CHASE, WELLSFARGO OR RBFCU, there’s better options.

My family moved to SA earlier this year decided to open a new account at IBC Stone Oak . Very friendly staff and very attentive to all my financial needs. I was given information on credit cards, insurance, and mortgage services. Convenience location with extended hours,7 day banking, and open most of the holidays. Overall great experience, I recommend IBC specially this location.

I absolutely hate this location. If only I could give it 0 stars. I waited 35 minutes to get my check deposited not only once, but 4 times. Never going back ever again.
