This bank has to close i mean they have to verify my information even with a DL they need more information and plus the drive through serivce is super slow as well they....I say don't go to this bank waste of time

This bank definitely doesn’t even deserve 1 Star wish we could give negative stars. My husband banked with them for years and deposited a check through mobile app on a Saturday little did he know he wouldn’t hv access to it since they don’t process on the weekend. When he put his check in he was negative at the time like $34. They ended up holding his check for over a week before they deposited it into his account, meanwhile the bank continues to charge NSF fee after NSF fee since there is no money in his account. To make things short they ended up taking his entire check which was $500 and something dollars and didn’t offer any solution. This bank doesn’t care about their customers and is not looking out for the customers best interest. They only want your money. Be careful opening an account here cause they suck. Make double sure you read the fine print before opening any account here. They also need to properly train their staff on how to give good customer service. They lost a member today and didn’t care that they did. They had no remorse or didn’t even try to come up with any solution. Very disappointed with Chase, so glad I never chose to leave my bank and bank with them!! They are nothing but crooks and will rob you!!

Dont visit this branch. They provide misleading inconsistent information. They told us I can add a person at anytime but they didnt tell me about the 30 days period.nPlease dont use chase and better use any other bank.

I opened my account with Chase on Blanco on Dec. 10th. Dean L. was very helpful in assisting me. Even though I was in a bit of a hurry he was still able to walk me through what was important in a timely manner. I believe Dean being knowledgeable about Chase products & services helped. He helped me choose what was best for me. Thank you Dean!
