Extremely helpful and knowledgeable group of people. I definitely would recommend this bank to anybody. They are very personal and make your problems their problem, best bank I've used to date.

Only able to view bank statements for past three months online. Then you have to drive to a location and be charged to see historical statements. Time to upgrade your systems Lone Star...

The parking lot is EMPTY! Trying to get to the Clinic next door, parked then got out. Guy comes out, “ma’am, ma’am” *as he’s shaking his finger* “this is bank parking only” Ok.... there are a million other spots and trolling of your parking lot just lost a potential customer. How is that customer service?
