Great customer service! Al, the branch manager took care of us and we had a great experience. That hasn't always been the case with Wells Fargo, but this location by far has been the best one I have been to San Antonio! Thanks for giving us great service.
On 2 separate occasions this has happened. I come in, no greeting staff is having casual conversations for about 5 minutes while I wait to be helped. Another customer arrives and they magically notice that people are waiting. Literally went to help them first but the customer told them I was waiting first. 2nd time, they have me waiting even longer and only care to help when other customers start coming in.
Wells Fargo is the best bank I have ever dealt with! Specifically, this location has excellent customer service and they are all extremely personable.
Bad first experience. It seems as if a few of the tellers are uneducated on the procedures of their company. I deposited a check Saturday being told that it would be available Monday. Since my money wasn’t there, I ended up going in the negative. I called the bank to find out Saturday is treated as Monday work day and I wouldn’t receive my money til Tuesday. The teller specifically told me I would get my money Monday at the latest! This misinformation has caused a major life set back. Just wish they were more educated on the way things worked
I went in today and met with Luis he is honestly one of the best bankers I have met. He is informative, and quick and patient. He is definitely someone you need to meet if you need help.
