I was hesitant about opening up an account because of the bad reviews but went anyway and to my surprise the service was excellent, got everything I needed and more. Priscilla was amazing, she helped me through the process and was very diligent, friendly and professional.

I'm an existing customer who tried to set up a business account. It took two phone calls and an unsuccessful branch visit to find one. It took two weeks and three more phone calls to get an appointment with that business banker, Maria Bain. When I showed up for the appointment on time, Maria was not able to honor my appointment because she was with another customer. I called the branch to leave feedback afterwards and the associate hung up on me.

Drive thru has been closed for over a year. And no plans to reopen/fix it. Clearly they don't care about the safety of their customers during the pandemic.
