I have been a frost bank member for a very long time. Unfortunately I have watched the corporation become more and more standard with the industry: Worse service, More Fees, Closing the convenient locations to save a little bit of money. Previously I have felt welcome and appreciative of the bankers there; after my interaction today it is clear that I am just another cash cow for them to profit off of. Bank here at your own risk. Expect a lot of fees.
For a frost bank, this is the new low of their locations. Poor entrance access, always busy because it's a tiny building, poor interior layout. If you fill out a slip you're going to be last in line because no one else is going to (mainly due to fact that they practically his the deposit slips. Only perk is the tellers are usual nice frost tellers. Just drive the 5 mins to the next location.
Always a good experience. The whole group is very helpful and friendly. Great bank to be a part of.
Quick and polite people. I have yet to have a bad experience with this bank.
