I am do grateful for the staff at this branch. They are always so helpful, kind, and courteous. They are ALL very professional and accommodating. I especially appreciate Julian for always being tolerant of me and helping with whatever I need. You guys truly make my life easier, and make banking with Woodforest a positive experience.

If you want your money for returned mail you never returned stolen, feel free to bank with Woodforest. I don't understand how I'm being charged for mail I never returned and my address has never changed. Not to mention my account was CLOSED and they opened it just to accept the funds going in to charge me a closing fee for the account I didn't close. They decided to close it for me. All of this all of a sudden on a card I only use for one thing. So like I said, if you don't like tour money and want it stolen, bank with Woodforest.
They are the best at customer service. Always ready to help with anything I need.
TERRIBLE SERVICE waited in line just to here they can’t help me because they were having system issues!! Why didn’t you all tell me earlier no help from anyone
