Chase Bank

I went to this branch to withdraw cash, the teller and the bank associate were courteous. There was no line, everything was quick.

I live close by this location and every time I go there with my wife to that location ..they treat us with a bad attitude ....so we decided to to the defrent location treat us better than de zavala location ...and we see the deferent when we stop going there ....

My experiences at this location have not been good. I went in a couple months ago to set up an account as an executor for my father after his passing. I had all the documents I needed to set up the account, so I went to Chase to open the account. From the moment I walked in it was clear they didn't not want to help me. Keep in mind I bank there. Everything I showed them they said was not valid. In addition I would have to travel to the state my father passed and open a Chase account there. They just didn't want to help me, I didn't even make it passed the front desk. I had to stand there and plead my case in front of other people in the waiting area, only to be turned away. I went home upset and frustrated with they way I was pushed out the door with no help. So I did more research and I called Chase to find out what I needed in this situation. After talking with a few different folks at Chase I indeed had everything I needed with me the first time, all the paperwork was perfectly legal and valid yet they still turned me away. When I returned I explained everything to them and begrudgingly they allowed my in to talk with someone but they still tried to turn me away. They went through every piece of paperwork I had and would say it wasn't done right each time. After 90 minutes the account was opened. No apologies, nothing. The customer service there is horrible, either they talk to you like you are below them or they simply have no expression at all. This place is very cold and impersonal

Have been with the bank location for the last 5 years and I can still say they're not worth a pot of beans. Customer service is horrible and when you call they put you on hold and forget about you. It appears no one wants to do their job much less take care of their customers. They all need refreshment courses in customer services and how to answer the phones. If there was a minus 1, I would surely give that score review!! This bank is worthless!! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere as San Antonio does have decent banks who know how to operate in a professional manner!!!!

I've banked with Chase for years. The staff is always pleasant and efficient.
