Pioneer Pediatrics PLLC

I’ve went to pioneer pediatrics for years with all of my children but the front desk could care less about the patients. I called to schedule a appointment so my children would be up to date for school. I was told they were up to date and there was no need for a appointment. I call back to get the forms sent to the school and was then told one of my children was not up to date and would need to come in (one day before school starts.) I then scheduled him a appointment received the appointment reminder via text and it was not the appointment time I was told. I called to ask about the difference in time and was told I had basically “heard wrong “ and the doctor would be out the following week. To make a long story short my son is asking when he can start pre-k and I have no answer because this office likes to throw people around. Thanks Pioneer pediatrics I’ve taken my children there for years Amy Fults is an amazing doctor but the front desk actions make me want to find somewhere else. I hope In the future all this miscommunication can be fixed. For the sake of other children.nn*Update: I had Mr.Collins reach out to me and he seemed like he really cared and wanted to do anything he could to resolve the problem. I can only wish everyone who worked there had his enthusiasm in making sure the parents were happy. All it takes sometimes is listening.

We have enjoyed our son's pediatrician Melinda Harper. She has been so helpful and wonderful. With this being our first child we had a million and one questions and she was always on hand. She listens thoroughly and continues to help. Their 24 hr hotline is most helpful. Especially with a newborn and as a first time parent. They have a well child waiting room and sick waiting room. Both rooms have some toys and things to keep the kids busy.

Seems like doctor melinda don't really care much about our concerns with our children' health, I'm taking my three children to a different clinic from now on, I hope they are also happy with they late arriving policy!

My wife chose this doctor and our four year old had to get her shots for school, I think that was the fast I've ever seen a kid stuck with a needle!!! It was so smooth and quick she didn't even cry they made her feel so much better about getting shots.

Amy Fults is the best! She's funny, personal, and listens to you. My kiddos love her!
