The quality and service has went down, I've been coming here for years faithfully and the level of service has always been top notch until my recent visit. While the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. My latest Doctor was Dr.Corey Bunch. This isn't at all a critical review and it's understandable that stress plays a big factor. I came to the ER because I couldn't breathe, of course they went through the proper procedures. The nurses were exceptional. But from a doctor's stand point it seems they piggy backed off my medical history instead of following through and pretty much milked the insurance. Plenty of blood was taken and a certain amount of EKGs were preformed as well as an x-ray. Nothing else was done other than someone popping their head in asking if I needed anything. A couple days later I went through my paperwork and there were errors on my outpatient report. Someone else's name was printed on one of my co-pay receipts as well as the wrong date to return to work. After being bounced around from operator to operator before verbally speaking to Dr.Corey I was able to reach the voice of a supervisor Ms.Tonya (might have butchered it, sorry) which I couldn't catch. While attempting to bring up the situation again verbally with the doctor he didn't attempt to look me up in the system and flat out told me my name didn't ring a bell as if I haven't seen him a couple days ago ( mind you, very well aware this is a stressful field and you see so many people with various aliments, naturally it's hard to keep up) there wasn't an attempt to look me up in the system or anything nor a single effort to hear a word I was saying on my previous visit. I couldn't get a word out about anything else without an attitude. (His nurse reflected the same attitude) while I am very appreciative for the rest of the staff, I was able to get what I needed from someone else, word of please advice, review you're paperwork before leaving and try to handle all business there before you leave as outside of this particular doctor himself none of the reception seemed to know who to direct your call to.nWhile I hope for better on future visits this show of disrespect was unprofessional

They wanted to do a procedure without any pain meds and of course, I couldn’t tolerate it. Went home without being treated. Will go to a different hospital next time.

I was left sitting in the lobby of the ER for almost 5 hours. Others were still sitting that was there for 7+ hours. I decided to leave and try my luck at Baptist East I may have a better chance of getting seen.

I have been here since midnight no service I'm in pain and it is 530 in the morning!! Please go somewhere else to get care. This place is slow!!

I went to ER on 1/13/21 having COVID complications. They sat me in the waiting room with other patients. I was having chest pain and SOB. I sat in the waiting room from 4pm until the next morning only to be admitted with Pneumonia! ER staff is very rude and no compassion for their patients. Training is needed for ER staff on empathy and compassion for their patients!
