FYI. If you have a loved one that is sent to Regional One (The Med) ER. They are supposed to give you a card with patient info on it so you can callnAnd check on your loved one.....Not let you sit outside for 45 minutes And you have to go back in asking about them because no one has called you. #youhaveonejob# hand out the card to anxious worried loved ones please. This was in the ER entrance. They were all sitting there laughing and carrying on while I’mnAt the window crying and worried about my daughter. They had neglected to give me the patient info card so I could call. Please do something about that

I am so thankful for the doctors, nurses and midwives and we are forever in debt to them. My daughter in law had a difficult delivery and if it weren’t for this hospital and it’s very capable staff we would had a very different out come. My beautiful granddaughter was born on 12/30/20 and both mom and baby girl came home healthy !! Thank you soooo much ! Because of covid neither side of grand parents could be there to support them and they were loved and truly cared for in our absence. It is cliche but words can not express this grandmothers appreciation!

Don’t expect much. Some staff are pretty decent but the majority don’t care about you. You can’t look at your own paper work no matter how many times you ask to review it. I’ve been in here almost a month from a car wreck and I can’t even transfer to another hospital. Weakest hospital I’ve ever encountered.

they took fairly good care of my fiancé after his VERY serious motorcycle accident this past september.nthey kept him as comfortable as possible (with medication) and let him know what he’d need to do to heal up properly.nnbut i did have to wait almost a whole hour for the nurses in the hallway/at the desk (literally just sitting there talking amongst themselves) to get up and me a cup and straw so i could give him some water (because he was thirsty and he couldn’t even really drink on his own at the time). i had to bug them REPEATEDLY before they FINALLY got us a cup and bendy straw…which came with all kinds of attitude.. ud83dude44nn- also i did not like the fact that patients could only have one person come visit them per day, due to covid. (no matter if they were in ICU or wherever.)

Came here over the wkd to the ER. Bathroom was disgusting! There weren’t many people waiting but my visit lasted 5-6 hours that evening turned night. & I’m still unsure if what the Nurse Prac., not Dr., said was actually correct. The nurse prac. made a guesstimate of possibilities or probability. I went to Urgent care for a 2nd opinion by an actual Doctor. Not looking forward to this bill in the mail.
