Although they were out of stock on the size I needed, they offered a wide variety/selection of shoes. The staff seems eager to help.

I would rate this store zero stars if I could! You see, I am currently in an electric wheelchair and when I entered the store in Cleveland, TN recently I received very rude facial expressions from the employees and absolutely no help at all. Along with the utter failure of customer service, the store is not wheelchair accessible AT ALL! Boxes of shoes were stacked down the middle of the aisles making it impossible for me to go fully down any of the aisles or even to the children’s section of the store. I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of customer service and the attitude of all the employees at the store! Just because I am in a wheelchair does not mean I deserve any less respect or different treatment than anyone else! I will never return to this store and let everyone I know how I was treated!

This is a great place to shop for a wide range of styles. There are so many different shows to choose from. They have dress shoes, outdoor shoes, casual shoes, sandals and flip flops, and Vans-type shoes. They have shoes for men, women, and children here. They also have bags and purses here as well!nnTip: head to the back room labeled “clearance” to get great deals! They have many different shoes with a serious price cut!

Six months ago great customer service-to-day I walked innthe manager never got off the phone the entire time I was in there questioning and asking about shoes hiking boots and shoe lacesnnShe needs to be immediately fired and replaced with someone that's got a little bit of a brain!
