Hamblen Urology Clinic - Morristown

If I could give zero I would. I was scheduled to have a consultation in December 2020 and they called me the day before to reschedule in January 2021. At my consultation the doctor told me that he would do my vasectomy on Feb 26, Friday at 10. I drove over an hour to get here just to find out that they rescheduled me for April. They said they made one attempt to call me but they did not leave a message. I asked why I was rescheduled and they told me the doctor only does vasectomies on Thursdays at 3pm. I asked why did the doctor schedule me for a Friday at 10am then? They could not answer. Found out that the doctor had another surgery to do at 11am on Friday the 26th.

Don't go here. They rescheduled our appointment twice and we live an hour away. The receptionist said she called and the line was busy but they could've sent a text, letter by mail, or email. They don't care for your time.

I went to the office and seen the dr for a procedure and the Male nurse didn't know what instruments to give the dr.nI thought I had smelled a BEER like smell from the Male Nurse, didn't want to ruin his job till I was sure, so was going to tell the nurse as I left so dr wouldn't hear me she brushed me off with her hand and said he's just a temp. I then seen him a day later buying beer at a convenience store, I called the same nurse and told her that HER TEMP was a DRUNK well more then 1 person has to smell it not just you. And hung up I kept my nxt appointment and told the DR. He let the guy go.nThe office people need to listen to the patient were in probley more contact with the aids, nurses etc. Then they are I haven't been back and would recommend you find a different Dr. Just due to his rude office staff
