This staff here are not very informative. They lack any real knowledge or respect to be honest. Just plain rude! However there are one or two who are, but the rest speaks for itself.

They will leave a customer waiting in line at the store with cash in hand to spend, to prioritize incoming calls...can't figure that one out, not good customer service
