Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Newport

Never again. Went for a TB test on Friday said it would be back Sunday, but they were closed for Easter, so the results would be in on Monday by 1:0pm. Never once did they tell me that I HAD to be there for them, so this whole time I thought it was just a piece of paper that would have results. Go to get them today, and nope had to be there Monday so it is now void. I paid $135 for that and now I have to pay another $135 to get it re-done, but not at this one. I am going somewhere else and will absolutely not return here ever.

I’ve been there on several occasions for myself and my children. Everyone has been extremely professional and caring. The new system of allowing you to finish your registration via cell from your vehicle was a great addition. You could stay in your vehicle until your approximate intake time that was provided via text after completing the registration.

The staff and providers were knowledgeable and friendly. They worked very fast and efficiently to see everyone in a timely manner. I will ONLY go to this urgent care from now on!

This was my first visit. I absolutely love the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. I will definitely return here.

2 hour wait for a simple drug screen.nWhat that means is once you sign in you cannot leave the waiting room or use the bathroom until they take you back to do the drug screen.nIf you can hold your bladder for 2 hours, this is the place for you.nI got there 30 minutes early and still had 3 people ahead of me.nnI'm sure the staff are doing their best so I'm not sure what the problem is.
