Idk if they have a issue with Black customers or they’re pretending to be blind but, a lady who is not of color took customers we were ahead of in line before greeting or checking our purchase out on Nike shoes. A guy she was working with asked “did you see those ppl there why haven’t you checked them out yet” she proceeded to ignore us and help the ppl behind us. Very disturbing as me and my party didn’t give any indication of any threats but only wanted to purchase shoes in a environment with good customer service. We will not be spending our money there anymore!
Very friendly staff. Michael assisted me in searching for some particular shoes for my son. Shortly after explaining what I was looking for as we looked together he knew exactly what to show me & what to pass on by. I'm disabled & he was a tremendous help to me. Even assisted me by carry my items for me in the store. Great customer service on his part. I would certainly return based on my experience with him (& I don't even like malls). This guys is a great asset to this store. The store also had a wide selection of shoes for any taste.
Brought my son a backpack. Great selection of shoes. Very friendly and helpful staff.
One of the only places I can find my size shoe,at great prices.
My girls have big feet...they help me avoid online store, when I am in a pinch.
