We've been here several times over the last two years, and every visit has been stellar. The doctors, nurses, and front desk staff have been very professional and courteous. I truly appreciate that my child repeatedly received high-quality care.

Had our very first appointment here today with our newborn. To be honest we expected the normal routine with the same average staff just like any other office. WOW!!!!! This staff blew us away!! From the very first interaction on the phone to let them know we were here, all the way to walking out the door I can honestly say that we have never been treated so well by an ENTIRE office. Ashley greeted us so kindly and escorted us to the room and started the process. When the resident came in we were so elated to see it was the same one that we had in the hospital a few months prior. What a blessing he is!!! You can tell that he truly loves what he does. We met Dr. Shuler for the first time and we so grateful for his care and compassion. He took the time to go over everything with us and made sure that we understood everything. Dr. Shuler was very positive and encouraging. This experience could not have gone any better. Each person at the office made us feel like we were the only ones there. Whatever leadership is in place in this office has set an amazing tone and is doing a great job. Each of you have impacted our family in such a positive and memorable way. Thanks to all of you for all that you do and keep up the amazing work :).

If I could leave a review with 0 stars, I would. The billing department is highly incompetent and would probably do well with an audit. It took 2 months and my insurance company calling them for them to realize that they entered my insurance information incorrectly. (Mind you, they take a photo copy of it.) This is after they told me my insurance wouldn’t cover the pre-authorized echo we had done. All of this and they never billed me before they sent my account to collections. Please, do better. Your patients deserve that.
