Buffalo Wild Wings

Never really have a issue with the food but since they have brought bogo back, dinner hours are chaos. They must be understaffed. Had issues calling, every time I called to edit my online order I submitted I kept being put on hold but the hold times were a little excessive, around 6-8 minutes then the phone would just drop. Finally got someone on the phone to place my order since the online time was much later. Arriving there was no host so at least 6 people were waiting and were waiting awhile before anyone came up to assist and seat them. The phones were ringing and no one was answering them so that let me know why I was on hold so long. I got my order and unfortunately didn't check it before leaving. I had a 25 minute drive just to get home and the wing sauces were wrong. Tried calling and was on hold for 9 minutes, called back and the phone just rung and rung. Again there food is good but this is just a input of what they can do better to better assist customers in the future.

I should have taken the hint when there were no waitresses in sight and several tables with empty drinks, but my kids wanted wings and I was too tired to cook.nnAfter about five minutes of standing at the door, a waitress greeted us. She looked defeated and wore out. She said it will be just a minute, and then she went to the restroom. A few minutes later she wiped down a table and seated us.nnIt was another several minutes to take our order. I was shocked when it took over 20 more minutes to bring us our drinks. And one part of our order, six boneless wings. The place wasn’t even busy. It was around 9 PM on Sunday. Another 20 minutes and part of our order came, potato wedges and 15 of our 30 traditional wings. She must have forgotten about the other half of our order, because when our plates and drinks were empty she finally checked on us, so I asked where they were, as it had been an hour since the order was placed. She brought them right away, but the sauce was all dried up from sitting so long.nnThis was definitely my worse restaurant experience. I am losing all hope in reasonably priced restaurants in America. Really sad that the restaurant industry has gone so far down hill from what it was in the 90s. I will not eat at this location again and see why it had been three or four years since my last visit. The service is horrendous.

Not a good experience! I expect better out of B dubs

No matter when I come to this place it is SLOW. I come at least twice a month and do pickup. Don’t bother ordering on the app. Each time the pickup is about 20 minutes or more then estimated. I assumed at least it will be fresh...NOT. My boneless wings were old and dry.
