The ICU team was hardworking, thoughtful, professional and caring. As an RN myself, I know a good team when I see one. These people know what they are doing and have the care that is needed at the end of life. Thank you all for your hard work...you helped us get through our experience with dignity and grace.

They took the patient in alone that couldn't explain anything about their condition because the pain was so severe. I understand the covid situation but have family members sign a waiver so they can be advocates for their family members who can't talk for themselves or are in too much pain to explain things!nnOther hospitals do have you sign waivers , so we know that it is legally it's being done. I guess using the head nurse and ER supervisor just wanted to toot their horns and pout out their chests to show their authority. They don't respect their patients, which pay their wages!nnI had to complain & demand to talk to someone. I ended up talking to the triage nurse so I can explain what was going on with the patient. She was nice and helpful.nnHowever the head nurse in charge was rude and did not want to explain the discharge paperwork. There was medical terms that we didn't understand and we wanted to know what to do if the pain came back. She had zero time for us! She just said read the paperwork.nnI have never been treated so rudely by someone who took an oath to serve the health needs of those who are sick.nn(Note: we are in our 40s & both intelligent well educated but not in medical terminology)nnEnded up calling a doctor in the family to have things explained that were written on the discharge paperwork and they explained how serious it was. The family doctor explained that it should have been explained in detail to the patient and the person with then because the patient was given sedative drugs. You don't just give paperwork and shove the sick patient out the door.nnThere wasn't a wait which was better than other hospitals, however the head nurse made us rethink using Theda Clark in Neenah again. They need to teach better bedside manners to their staff. I understand covid is a difficult time but when other hospitals value their patients and have you sign waivers then Theda Clark should too.nnOne last note: don't let them separate you from your love one at check in. Once they do that then they have full control and won't let you near them until they send them home.nnThat is where it starts- they want to be in control and remember you are paying their wages! You are in charge of what happens to you and if you can't communicate properly then you need a love one with you!nnMistakes are made by medical centers because of lack of information by given to them by patients that can't explain things.

NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER have your child be born here. Worst hospital experience I've ever had. Never gave us discharge paper work, didn't have a notoriety for our VPA form, food was gross, beds uncomfortable, the nurses didn't know anything about babies, we couldn't get any questions answered! Just horrible place for a baby to be born into.

The people that I interacted with at Theda Clark ER were absolutely the best. I have had less than adequate experiences at other facilities, and I've never written reviews. However, everyone at Theda Clark was kind, professional, personable and thorough. I highly recommend. I do not live near here, and if the drive wasn't so far, Theda Clark would have my business besides just emergencies.

I called ahead to check on my mammogram appointment. Was asked if I wanted to register with her. Yes. So when I got there, got my temperature taken, bracelet on, and walked to the Breast Center. I was early and prepared to wait, but she took me back right away. Everyone was friendly, yes masked. Great experience.
