I had a couple of issues with my phone and the manager fixed every last one of them! She was so nice and sweet! She went beyond her job to try to make sure I left the store satisfied! She also helped me pick out the perfect phone case for protection! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a great deal and great customer service!
While I was at this location.. I was activating a new line of service. However, while I was there , Meme was so helpful and very polite. She was also very informative. She was very patient with all the questions I had. She gave 100++ service! Would definitely recommend this location. She cared more about pleasing the customer and making sure they left satisfied and happy
I purchased some phones. The manager assist me with the best plan. Customer services was great.I can't wait to tell family and, friends about this place.
OMG I came into the store and it was a very long wait, the store was flooded with customers. when Meme finally helped me she was fantastic not only did she assist me but she was setting up another gentleman's phone at the same time. She was amazing, courteous, and so very helpful Cricket couldn't have asked for a better employee.
I recently switched over to cricket wireless!! I ve been with my previous carrier for 7 years. Meme made the transition so easy!! She was very knowledgeable in her craft!!! Wish I had made the switch a lot sooner!!! Store was neat and clean. The atmosphere was very nice!!! I was greeted upon entering the store. Meyata was such a freakin delight!!!! Y’all hit a home run with this lady here. I’m definitely gonna tell my family and friends about this store!! Customer Service is Everything!!!! Great job!!!!
