Went into the store to get a different size of berks stocks. I got the wrong pair for Christmas and just wanted to get ones that fit. Left the store and came home to opening a box with one shoe inside rather than the pair I paid $100 for. If this isn’t fixed things will not go down well.
They do not treat there employees fair and they still only paying people 7.25 with commission but you have to make commission to get it and they do not tell you full truth on commission that’s why they can’t keep any employees... the store is horrible
Worst shoe store I have EVER been into. Highly DO NOT recommend. Rudest customer service I have ever dealt with in my whole entire life.
Variety of shoes for a great price. A little unorganized though. Overall nice place to shop.
I love this Shoe Dept.! You can go and find the entire family a new pair of shoes, that they'd love! Here it is Christmas time, they have great sales on so many styles. This is definitely a first on the list to go to store for Christmas. Heck for me, anytime at that matter, cause I LOVE me some shoes. Lol!
