Though I am not a big fan of this store, it greatly underwhelms me. However, it had exactly what I needed, after going to probably every show store in Greenville. The store was very organized,clean, and CUSTOMER SERVICE was AWESOME! Team members were obviously busy but more than one person offered assistance and the cashier gave a very personal touch while ringing me up! Great job!!!
I will never shop at this store again. I needed to make a return today. I had my receipt it only been four days etc. I had paid with a visa prepaid card. They refused to give me a credit on the card and forced me to get a store credit card. I checked the website and looked all through the store and there’s nothing anywhere the state this. Overall, the manager was extremely rude to me and acted like I was ignorant. I told her that normally Stores posted this kind of information. She replied that they didn’t have to report that they could do whatever they chose upon return. I thought this was a very lame answer. They also didn’t have a good variety of sizes which is why I had to return the item to begin with. Beware of this company!
If you're like me and you love shoes and this is the place for you I usually don't write reviews but this company is awesome they give you discounts for your birthday they give you $10 credits at least once a month their shoes are always on sale they always have sales half off or so much money off of the shoe it's just absolutely a lovely place to go to to buy shoes I don't shop anywhere else for shoes but here
