Torrid

I would have gave this store 5 stars if they would have opened up on time. However, my experience was great. The store was clean. You can walk through the isles without bumping into anything. Their clothes are always nice looking.

The staff was so nice. Was so shocked to see the had stuff my sized. Was even more surprised that I was measured. Will be back again. Even though they didn't have what I needed in store, the lady helped me look on line. That's love and support right there.

Honestly I thought movie to the country from a big city i would find nice purple but that's not the case in Florence. Both Lame Bryant and Torrid have really floored me as to how bad their customer service is. You do not come first. They don't care how you are talked to. They take their time and are ride when you have a legitimate question. I order online now and return things with these stores instead of buying there. Hell, I was told torrid won't honor the prices online (torrid)has so why should i buy from them if online is cheaper? They act, no matter how nice you are, as if it's an honor for them to wait in you and you should be on your knees praising them for them taking care of what you need. Don't even think you are getting a smile from them. Funny how customers are not treated nicely when we are signing their damn checks.

I love Torrid and this location was great! The store looked really new and clean. Savannah was like my personal shopper, I told her what I was looking for and she found what I needed. She also helped me find comfy bras that actually fit. When something I wanted wasn't in my size she ordered it to be delivered to my home with free shipping. So sweet and nice. Will definitely be back.

I visited this location for the first time on Friday and my whole shopping experience was excellent! Their available clothing selection was fantastic, the store was very well maintained and the associates were friendly and helpful. I’m soooo glad Torrid opened up another store in SC and I will DEFINITELY be back!!
