I ordered two pair of shoes that were two totally different pairs on the footaction website and somehow, even after having the receipt in the box with the two different pairs listed, they still gave me two of the same shoes. This has happened previously to my girlfriend and she was able to go in her local footaction to exchange and have that location ship the shoe to her home. I went into this location to get an exchange and they acted as if ordering the shoe for me was not an option. I explained the whole situation and not only did they not know the company policy but weren’t able to help me. I called the footaction in Sumter and they informed me that I should’ve been able to get refunded or get the shoe ordered and shipped to my house if they didn’t have it there in the store. Once I informed them on that, they then decided to get me a refund after giving me the run around for hours. The manager was not in place and the workers were not knowledgeable of policy and that is very unprofessional. Although I got a refund I still was unable to get the shoe I wanted. I AM NEVER SHOPPING AT FOOTACTION AGAIN.

J or Jemeka needs to PASS a training class on customer service. I can see why it was empty in the first place. I don't know which is worse her personality or the defective shoes.

I went into the Footaction at Magnolia Mall today to purchase a pair of sneakers. Well, I went in there and not once did anyone offer to assist me. I found a pair of sneakers I liked and when no one offered to help me because they were all standing around the register talking, I went down to Footlocker and spent my $130.00. Buying sneakers is not like grocery shopping, we need the employee to go get the item that we would like to purchase. I will never give my money to a business that views me as a burden.
