My girlfriend and I just moved form the beach to Florence and needed a pet sitter for our 3 cats. We have used two different ones at the beach with no problems. We called Halo and left a message. About an hour later they called back and we missed the call. We then tried calling back over a 3 day span and multiple messages with no response. I wouldn't recommend even trying. If they won't even be professional enough to return a call how would you image there service to be.
