The food, and service were great! Didn't wait forever to order our food. Everything was brought out to us like it was supposed to be. We were never sitting there wondering where our food was. The only problem we had was, before we left we asked the waitress for a couple little cups with lids to put our steak sauce, and salad dressing in to take home, and she forgot to bring them to us. Like I said it was much to complain about. One of the BEST Apple Bee's I've been to in awhile!!

We eat here all the time, we never had a problem here, until yesterday. We waited for a table when there was hardly anyone in the restaurant they couldn't decide where to seat us then when were seated we were seated in a broke booth asked to be moved and the waitress thought it was funny. When were given another table and asked for a manager because of the way we were treated she said she would handle it and gave us 10.00 off our order. She was very nice she also gave us a different server which was very sweet. We come home after eating and my husband has been very sick since we got home. I'm seriously thinking about calling the BBB hoping someone didn't put anything terrible in his food.

Leaving a one star simply because it requires you to. My wife and I dined here recently for the first time in many years. And we realized not long into the experience why we discontinued to do so. There was no hostess at the door. Employees standing around on cellular devices. Our server Brittany was very inattentive and seemed to be more distracted by whomever she was having a heated conversation on her telephone than the needs of her guests. The General Manager looks very unprofessional with various adolescent attire and jewelry and wasn’t aware of her surroundings either. We will not return again. In my opinion this establishment is a waste of building space and tax dollars.

Had to go and collect my beer from the bar...saw it drawn and left on the bar....ignored by one-and-all. Food was bland and mediocre. Onion soup was ‘warm’ (just). I had to ask for a soup spoon, not included with the envelope of silverware. My soup spoon was plastic, in a plastic pouch. Horrible, no, just hugely disappointing. Used tableside device to attempt to pay. Used the ‘call’ waitress with no acknowledgement. Overall, not satisfying.

Shadeia was our waitress and was super awesome and friendly. Service has got better in last year, food was okay. My kid isn't picky and loved it but fries were not fresh and the beef on my nachos was old and had turned hard and brown on top from sitting out in a pan after being cooked in open air. But my kid enjoyed it and that's what matters and the server definetly made up for lack of taste in food.
