Food was good, our Walter was really great!
Potato soup
Tenders were amazing. Prime rib pasta was delicious but the prime rib was extremely fatty. New waitress did well but we never saw her again after our food came. Her trainer got our refills & boxes, but we had to ask. Service seemed disorganized, but wasn't bad.
Our waiter, Thomas, was without a doubt amazing. The kitchen on the other hand was less than impressive. My steak was ordered extra rare and delivered extremely burnt and tough as boot leather. I was not impressed with the food, but again Thomas was near perfect.
This was only my second time going to O'Charley's. My first was about 13 years ago when my dad took me home from college one time. That time wasn't too memorable. However, this time, my mom and I got it to go. We had an easy time placing our order online. When we got there, I went in to pick up my order and the only thing that was not ready was the rolls! We didn't have to wait too long for those and they gave us plenty! For the 2 of us, we got 6 rolls! Everything was still warm when we got back to where we were staying (which wasn't close to O'Charley's). Way to go!
