Great food. Good atmosphere. Good service. Only downfall is their bathrooms could use some attention, looks like they are rarely cleaned
Most trips to Greenwood for work, I get some wings from Carolina Tavern. Its been a while because of covid. Just got in town after a 10 hour drive and was excited to get my wings. I ended up disappointed. First no napkins or celery. But more important the wings tasted of dirty burnt grease. I could only eat a couple, even dipped in the blue cheese. The sauce was still great but you all have to change that grease. Lastly, I called in my order and the guy on the phone was polite and good. But when I arrived, I stood in the front for about 10 minutes while having employees walk buy me at least 15-20 times with no so much as a greeting of any kind. Just a very bad experience.
The atmosphere was great. Food was delicious. Cooked perfect. Staff very friendly. Unfortunately our was waitress was uncommonly rude and didn't have a clue about the drink menu or specials. She seemed to be bothered by waiting on us. I really didnt care for that experience.
It was my first time visiting this establishment and I had an awesome experience my server Chandler was the absolute best very attentive but not pushy and his recommendations were spot on. Will definitely visit this place again
Delicious food. Our order somehow got out of queue and we waited for nearly an hour to receive our entrees but once Management identified the problem (we hadn't noticed, so good was our company) that they came to us to offer apologies and a discount. We'll done.
