This place is awesome when it comes to detox. They feed you great food and the staff is caring and competent. Hats off to Gwen. Love your smile and your dance moves. Best experience of my life. This place really cares about you. Not to mention you can keep your cigarettes and lighter and smoke when you want to. They treat you as the adults you are. I highly recommend this place.

I carried my nephew here the week before Christmas to detox off of Methadone. He entered with a discharge plan of where he was going when he was discharged. Day 2 had phone calls of where he should go upon discharge and where we had arrangements wasn’t right for him. It was a Christian based program and they told him it wouldn’t be right for him since he didn’t have a Christian background. Just beginning the withdrawals and they decide to discuss this. Numerous calls to people in charge who admitted it was too soon to discuss this did not help anything. My nephew has a temper-I know but he was going through severe withdrawal. I went to the visitation on day 9 to offer support. What a mistake. He had a violent episode and they told me he would be kicked out. I was in shock and told them-he’s in the middle of detoxing-you can’t throw him out. I panicked and ran out. Halfway home I get a call that they had indeed put him out on the street. In the middle of withdrawals and put on other drugs while in there, he’s on the street. Less than a week later he tried to kill himself. Thanks Bruce Hall!!!! I feel he was sabotaged from the beginning so my hope for the future certainly not helped by this place. I know his attitude was terrible but I’m sure all addicts don’t act like choir boys going in. I will never forgive or forget what they did to my nephew. I was trying to save his life and they have just made everything worse. I’m sure this won’t be posted but I had to express how I feel about this place

I owe my life to this place. The food is AMAZING. There’s classes & support groups. It’s co-Ed. There’s a smoking area. There’s so many classes to attend and groups. It’s educational. They give you just enough meds to keep you comfortable & make sure you sleep
