Gabrielle G was our server for lunch today. We're in town while my car gets worked on. She was the bright spot of the day! Super quick and attentive, thinks ahead, and made certain my sandwich was correct (asked for no onions and extra pickles and she made SURE there were several pickles before she left the table). Also very friendly and was a perfect example of how service should be. I know most people don't take the time to give positive feedback so I wanted to give her a well-deserved shoutout!

I am staying in Florence tonight due to work. I didn't feel like eating out but wanted a steak, salad ect. So I called Outback because they deliver. Me and my son ordered 2 steaks medium, I ordered a salad and specifically said I needed flatware because I was in a hotel. I also ordered 3 ranch dressings because 1 little cup doesn't even cover the salad. I kept stressing to the lady that I was in a hotel and needed flatware, A-1 steak sauce, and 3 ranch dressings. She did put all that on the ticket but when I got my food the steak was well done, no A-1, only 1 salad dressing, and absolutely not flatware. We could only eat our steaks like a cavemen, which is cool with is but eating a dry salad with 1 dressing with my hands and a well done steak and broccoli and cheese was a bit difficult. I don't even like steak sauce on a good steak but with me ordering delivered food, I wouldn't have the opportunity to send it back If it was over done; so I'd slather steak sauce on it and eat it anyway. I'm not the one to complain but the whole order was my worst fear. Over $50 worth of food that I really could eat. I should've went with Chinese delivery like I thought.

We got a table fast that's the best I can say. Oh yes the onion was good but everything else sucked! My steak was not cooked correctly and the shrimp was forgotten twice. I had to remind them that I did not get it and 20 minutes later I had to ask again. Then my fries were supposed to be Aussie fries however they were just fries with salt no cheese, no bacon and no ranch.

The food and service for our family lunch was nothing to brag about. The salad was covered in dressing that didn't taste quite right, the Mac & cheese wasn't good at all. I wish it would have been better.

Service was efficient and acceptable. Server was helpful and polite. All employees wore mask. Guest was seated at an acceptable and responsible social distance. 4 stars because it was what to be expected at Outback. Nothing exceptional. I got what I went for. A nice ribeye that I didn't have to cook.
