It had been a while since I had been to a chili's but this last experience was a pretty good one.nThe food came out in a timely manner, the staff was helpful, the food was good. I would highly recommend their 2 for 25$ meal deal when they have it too. My boyfriend was going to get half a rack of ribs as a meal..and I saw that it was part of the meal deal..so I picked something off of that menu as well. We saved money because we got an appetizer, two entrees, and a dessert for 25$.

My visit at Chili's was good. The food was great. Although there was issues. I had curbside services, and my box and bag had guacamole and barbecue sauce on them and the ice cream had a piece of onion in it. Curbside service was great though, didn't even have to call them they came out as soon as I drove up.

Initially, I made a curbside order online and was told it would be ready in 36 minutes and I did not have a problem with that at all. When I arrived at the scheduled time, no one came to the car after waiting approximately 10 minutes. My husband went inside and they told him there was no order in that name. I proceeded to go inside and show them my receipt from my email. The attendant said they had the order, but someone picked it up from Doordash. I showed her my receipt again and showed her where it said curbside. At no time did a manager come to apologize for the mistake. I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my order, because they had to prepare. If my child did not specifically request the meal for her birthday, I would have requested my money back. When we finally received our meals, only one of the four meals ordered was seasoned and we did not receive any salsa for our chips. This is the third chance I have given this location. I am now done!

I usually love Chili's, but this time I was disappointed. We got the chips and salsa. The chips were very broken up like we got the very bottom of the bag, and the salsa was pure soup with only a few tiny pieces of tomato. Then my steak was under cooked. I don't like any pink so I order well done. My steak had rare in the middle. I was able to eat the edges, but I brought the middle home for my dog. The broccoli was good though.

I had a great experience here, this was me and boyfriend first time going to this Chili’s in Florence. The server arrived at the table within 10 mins. She introduced herself she wrote down the order from asking our drinks and also wrote down our food. She brought our drinks within 3 minutes. Our food arrived within 10 minutes. She always check on us, refilled our drinks, brought the dessert with a to go boxes. She had great customer service. Me and my boyfriend will be back. ud83dude04
