Olive Garden was busy, but we didn't wait long to be seated. Rachel, our server, was outstanding. Great service! Food was delicious. We were traveling, but if we lived nearby, we'd frequent this restaurant often. Highly recommend it. Enjoy!!
Food was good. We like to froze.nIt was like sitting in a deep freezer trying to eat a meal.
Wasn’t busy and waited an hour for all of our mediocre food to come out. They served all of our plates at different times, which made it unenjoyable to eat together. My husband simply asked for coffee which took over 30 min. Our server was nowhere to be found, so we asked another server. She went to check and came out with it, and it was completely cold and old. When our server finally came to the table, she apologized and said she’d brew new coffee. Another 20 min or so, the new coffee came and just as old and cold as before. All she said was: “sorry bout that”, and left the table. Never had another experience like this at any other Olive Garden. Won’t be back.
Food was great tonight. An we had an awesome waitress. Tyshema Y. You are one sweet lady. Thank you for being so nice. Hope you have a great weekend.
Same as all others. If you love it. Then you will love this one. Indoor dinner was great the way things are. Very clean. Everyone had masks on. So it was all good on that part. Folks have to wait outside for the table to be ready. But you can sign up for that online. Noone in waiting area. My one plate did take 30. To get to table. Kinda strange. We hadn't been out in awhile. So didn't know it had been that long until they told me. Manager came over comped my app. So that was nice. Was fun and safe. Server was nice and apologized. Like I said. I'm used to fine dining in Charleston. Had no clue it had been that long. With salad, app, soup and talking with the wife. Not fine dining but you already know that.
