Tonight my service was awful. We were left at a table for over an hour. The waitress said a printer was down but everyone else with the exception of the table across from me was fine. I noticed that they too, were frustrated and ready to leave. We asked for the manager who came and did pretty much nothing but take $2 off of an order of $50. She looked at us and said this is pretty much what happens when you want wings fried crisp. I NEVER heard this before. I remained nice but we won't return and neither will our coworkers. This was not nice or professional at all. 2 hours and a waste of money and time.
What a great place for a stop right off 95. We sat outside in the sun, had the mango habanero sauce on some flats and a killer IPA. Just what the soul needed. And JP the manager? 10 stars. Super nice to let us sit outside.
How is it possible that I’m sitting here waiting and waiting and waiting, reading reviews from months ago about how slow this place is, and nothing has been done about it? Food was good, and server was nice, but everything was slow. Waited for hostess, then she just told us to go sit at the bar, then waited forever for food. Oh yeah, and even the “clean” tables and chairs were dirty.
Don’t even waste your time. Put me on waiting list told me it would be between 30 to 45 min. Three hrs later still no txt to be seated. Never got the message to be seated. This happen twice in one month period of time. Ask could I speak with manager never went and got manager. They don’t even deserve one star
Very slow only got a waitress when I went and asked for one. I love the food and atmosphere but the service needs work. I was put to the side because a big table came in regardless of my party being there and seated first.
